RampGuard ("we", "us", "our") is a technology company developing wearable safety systems for airport ramp workers, incorporated in Sharjah, UAE. Website: www.rampguard.online. Contact: info@rampguard.online.
2. What data we collect
When you submit the pilot enquiry form we collect:
- Full name
- Organisation name
- Email address
- Message content
- IP address (for fraud prevention via Google reCAPTCHA)
- Google reCAPTCHA score (automated bot-detection signal)
We do not collect payment information, passport or identity documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your pilot enquiry via email
- To send you a confirmation of your submission
- To maintain an internal log of interested organisations for our Intelak Incubator programme
- To protect our website from spam and abuse using Google reCAPTCHA
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR / UAE PDPL)
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, responding to your direct enquiry — and with your consent indicated by your voluntary form submission.
5. Google reCAPTCHA
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information to determine whether submissions are from a human or automated bot. This information is transferred to Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
6. Email communications
We use our own SMTP mail server (mail.rampguard.online) to send transactional emails. We do not use third-party marketing platforms. You will only receive emails from us in direct response to your enquiry.
7. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in a MySQL database hosted on a cPanel server protected by TLS/SSL. Access is restricted to authorised RampGuard team members. We retain enquiry data for up to 3 years or until you request deletion.
8. Your rights
Under UAE PDPL and GDPR (where applicable) you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email info@rampguard.online to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies present are those set by Google reCAPTCHA for bot detection. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects any changes. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
